This small community garden began as a seedling project in 2016 and has continued to grow. Originally developed by several parents and a few teachers the garden is now becoming a flourishing focus for our schools environmental and sustainability programs, linking real life projects and problems to curriculum content and classroom activities. The garden consists of a range of edible plants grown seasonally. With the recent addition of kitchen facilities students will also be cooking with food from the garden. In 2018 the garden will be expanded to also include a range of animals such as chickens.
