As Principal of Wagaman Primary School I would like to extend a warm welcome to those visiting our website for the first time and welcome back to all others. I am immensely proud of the high standard of our students, who work consistently to achieve their personal best in academic, cultural and sporting pursuits as well as a state of positive wellbeing.
I feel incredibly fortunate to be Principal of Wagaman Primary. This is a school where we foster a culture of learning and care and where our students are valued for the diversity, skills and talents they have. We are committed to the development of our students’ academic and social and emotional growth. Our curriculum is designed to meet the needs of individual students, while still taking into account the needs of the whole group. We give our students the opportunity to explore their strengths and their challenges in a safe and supportive classroom environment.
Our staff are experienced and passionate about teaching and learning and are committed to the academic and social development of all students. The school is dedicated to ensuring that our students leave us with a solid grounding in the skills that they will require for their further learning and for the future which awaits them.
One of the great benefits of Wagaman Primary is that within one block we have all of your educational needs up to Middle School. There is a childcare centre (Milestones) right next door and our school has its own Preschool. This creates a seamless transition from one stage of learning to the next until your child needs to attend Middle School.
